Five basement floors offer 265 car parking spaces, each of which is equipped with EV chargers, and 78 motorcycle parking spaces.

The bespoke app allows tenants to personalise their environments at the touch of a button, and contains a host of convenient solutions that make each day easier, creating a platform for The Henderson’s community.

STATE OF THE ART SECURITY

The Henderson has appointed UCS as consultant for the physical security system to make sure that the building and the tenant's business are always secure from external threats and any disturbance is quickly and efficiently neutralised. Microsoft and Arup are appointed as the IT consultant of The Henderson for a future-proof IT infrastructure.
