The thermal insulating façade filters out excessive heat from the outdoors, with benefits for energy efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint.

LIFT STERILISATION POD
A revolutionary project-specific patented innovation to keep our lifts hygienic by regularly and automatically sterilising the air and lift surfaces with UV-C and ionisation, tackling bacteria and viruses, to safeguard the health of passengers and serve as part of the resilience plan for potential illness threats.
AI-OPTIMISED LIFTS
Using state-of-the-art technologies, lifts are automatically assigned for service, minimising wait time. They even sense lift loading to determine optimal travel times, re-assigning which lift is called to meet lunchtime down-peak lift requirements.
SOLAR RESPONSIVE VENTILATOR
